Shelter Supervisor Add-On Training

This course includes additional training for staff who use HIFIS for case management. It is intended for staff who work in a role that may not typically include case management (such as shelter workers or day program workers), who have received training for other aspects of HIFIS, and also need to learn case management in HIFIS.
