This course provides training for staff working at Iris Kirby House. It covers: accessing HIFIS and logging in; adding clients, consent, families, and other client information; recording safety information such as abuser information and visit logs; shelter operations; providing goods, services, and group activities; recording incidents and turnaways; and running reports.

This HIFIS Guru-in-Training Program module covers the fundamental elements that are used to configure HIFIS, and is broken into three chapters.

• Chapter 1: Building Blocks covers Service Providers, Clusters, Places, and Programs

• Chapter 2: Users and Rights covers User accounts, Rights, and Rights Templates

• Chapter 3: HIFIS Fields covers Look-up Tables and other drop-down menus, Geographic Regions, Mandatories, and your data dictionary

This report shows a list of active values in all look-up tables, with the option to show or hide custom values.
