If you requested an update to your test site with no meeting requested, we will update your test site within 5 business days and notify you when it is complete. We'll be in touch if anything comes up, if we have any questions, or if for whatever reason we cannot complete the update within that time frame.
If you requested a meeting, we'll chat with you then!
If you scheduled an update to your production site, we will go ahead and do the update when you scheduled it. The only action required on your part is to notify your users about expected downtime and communicate any expected changes. We'll be in touch if anything comes up, if we have any questions, or if for whatever reason we cannot complete the update within that time frame.
