This report, sponsored by the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness outlines a series of improvements related to a new proposed stand-alone housing module that will accommodate supportive and transitional housing programs.

Recommendations for Shelter Diversion
- Status: Implemented in HIFIS 4.0.60.1
The Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness and ACRE Consulting, as members of the National HIFIS 4 Working Group, took the initiative to consult with communities and propose what Diversion could look like in HIFIS 4.

Recommendations for By-Name Lists
- Status: Implemented in HIFIS 4.0.59.1
ACRE Consulting was hired by the Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness to assess HIFIS 4 and to provide recommendations regarding modifications to support the integration and implementation of a quality By-Name List.
