This 13+ page report displays useful aggregated data about how well or poorly specific shelter service providers and users are performing at collecting prior housing history data when clients present for shelter. The report prompts for a date range and service providers, and calculates how much is known about the client's residential situation since their last shelter stay.
The following breakdowns are included in this report:
Data completeness is defined as "the proportion of stored data against the potential of 100% complete." It looks at how much of the data fields for any given client, program, service provider, partner agency, or system are filled in or answered. Data completeness looks at missing or null values, and “unknown” values.

This report should run on any version of HIFIS version 4.0.57 and higher.
This report will be maintained into the foreseeable future. If a software update causes it to stop working, or if we find an error, we'll update the file and let you know there's a new version available, at no additional cost to you.
The run-time varies depending on how much data is in your database, and how long a date range and how many service providers you select when running the report. However, we have tested the report with large data volumes and it runs quickly and efficiently.
